Synerz was born from a simple observation Canadian healthcare staffing agencies are undeserved. They need proper operational systems and a real digital presence, but enterprise software costs too much and most marketing agencies do not understand the staffing industry. So we built the solution ourselves. We spent months configuring, testing, and refining a complete ERP and digital marketing system specifically for PSW and homecare staffing agencies. We proved it works with a live Canadian agency. Now we bring that same proven system to you.
