Common questions
Are you based in Canada?
Synerz is a remote agency. Our team works across time zones and serves Canadian clients exclusively. Our Canadian phone number, email, and dedicated account manager mean you always have a local point of contact regardless of where our team is physically located. Many of Canada's most successful companies use remote teams for exactly this kind of specialized work.
Do I need to buy Odoo separately?
Yes. Odoo Enterprise requires its own license directly from Odoo. We help you choose the right plan and handle the entire setup. Think of us as your implementation team you own the software license, we do all the configuration work
How long does ERP setup take?
Typically two to four weeks from signed agreement to go-live. We have already built this system once so we move significantly faster than a generic Odoo consultant starting from scratch.
What if CRA payroll rates change?
CRA updates rates every January. We monitor these changes and update your payroll rules as part of our ongoing support. You never have to worry about using outdated tax rates.
Can I start with just ERP or just social media?
Absolutely. While our Full Partner package gives you the best value, you can start with just the ERP setup or just the content management. Many clients start with one service and add the other once they see the results.
Is there a minimum contract length?
We ask for a three-month minimum on monthly services enough time to show real results. After that, you can adjust or cancel with 30 days notice. We do not believe in locking clients into contracts they cannot leave.
