What does the free ERP setup include?
Everything needed to go from zero to fully operational: Odoo 19 Enterprise configuration for your agency, CRA-compliant payroll rules (CPP, EI, Federal and Ontario tax), biweekly pay period setup, employee credential tracking with expiry alerts, shift scheduling linked to payroll, client billing configuration, and staff training. Most agencies are live within 3–4 weeks. There's no setup fee it's included free with every monthly plan.
Is the ERP setup really free? What's the catch?
No catch. The setup is free because our revenue comes from your monthly plan, not a one-time fee. We invest the implementation hours upfront because we're confident you'll see the value and stay on as a long-term client not because we're locking you into anything afterward
Is there a minimum contract length?
All plans are month-to-month. We ask for a 30-day cancellation notice so we can wrap up work in progress properly, but there's no long-term lock-in. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime with that notice.
What happens if CRA payroll rates change?
We monitor CRA rate updates every January and apply the changes to your payroll rules as part of ongoing support. You will never need to worry about outdated tax calculations.
