Is the staff availability board really free?
Yes. It is free for healthcare staff and for employers, with no fees and no paid ranking. Synerz runs it to support the Ontario healthcare staffing community.
Who can see my phone number and email?
Only staffing agencies approved by Synerz, after you agree to this when you join. The public board shows just your display name, role, city and colour, and only if you choose to appear there. You can remove your phone number or delete your account at any time.
Which healthcare roles can join?
PSWs, RNs, RPNs, caregivers, personal care aides, health care aides, nurse aides, developmental support workers and other healthcare staff who cover shifts.
Is Synerz a staffing agency?
No. Synerz does not employ or place staff. The board simply shows who says they are available, so agencies and staff can contact each other directly.
How is the list ordered?
Within each city: available staff first, then by a score made from ratings by approved agencies and invite points, then by most recent update.
